While we encourage a mix of both as part of your training, it can be hard if you are pushed for time, unsure of what you are doing, or simply don’t feel confident to just go and strut your stuff on the gym floor. Our circuits class will involve a variety of exercises and work all muscle groups! The class will aid in building overall strength whilst improving your muscular endurance.

A good workout doesn’t have to be boring. Join one of our Bootcamps and work up a sweat while having a laugh. Bootcamps are fun filled and challenging, using a variety of exercises designed to get you working hard, toning your muscles and burning those calories in an enjoyable friendly environment.

HYBRID


Hybrid is our core class in the performance box – consisting of Strength work, skill development, gymnastics, and focused conditioning work. All of the major lifts will be covered week to week, including squats, deadlifts, pressing movements and Olympic lifts to truly develop your strength all round.

Hybrid conditioning is a 1 hour workout focused on increasing endurance and stamina through running, gymnastics and HIIT. Get ready to take your heart rate to its max whilst enjoying the fast pace of the class!
