This class is a combination of pilates, yoga, tai chi, and strength & functional fitness work. It will develop a strong core, better posture and promote long lean muscles, improving your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.

Improve the overall condition of your core with Ab attack. Your abdominals, lumbar and obliques will be worked hard with a mixture of floor and standing work.

Boxfit


A conditioning workout using boxing drills and techniques to improve strength, co-ordination and endurance. This class will enable you to develop serious upper body strength, core strength, speed and agility. Suitable for all fitness levels up to competition level. ***You must bring your own gloves and hand wraps to partake in this class***.

Tone those legs, build that bum and sharpen those abs in our legs bums and tums. An aerobic class to target fat loss and enhance toning whilst building your baseline fitness.

Hybrid is our core class in the performance box – consisting of Strength work, skill development, gymnastics, and focused conditioning work. All of the major lifts will be covered week to week, including squats, deadlifts, pressing movements and Olympic lifts to truly develop your strength all round.
